All content available through the Service — including but not limited to source code, software, text, graphics, illustrations, icons, photographs, video, audio clips, AI models, model weights, prompts, report templates, training data, documentation, and the compilation and arrangement thereof (the "Content") — is the exclusive property of Capitol Notary LLC, its affiliates, or its licensors, and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual-property laws.

Limited License

Subject to your full compliance with the Terms & Conditions and Usage Policy, Capitol Notary LLC grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for your internal professional inspection and reporting work. No other right, title, or interest is granted to you, expressly or by implication.

Restrictions

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, models, or training data of the Service.
• Use the Service or any Content to train, evaluate, or improve any competing AI model or product.
• Use any FieldVision AI™ or Tabellio Network™ trademark or logo without written permission.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice.

Your Content

You retain ownership of inspection photographs, notes, and reports you create with the Service. You grant Capitol Notary LLC a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and transmit your content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.

DMCA / Infringement Claims

If you believe any material on the Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice with: (a) your contact information, (b) a description of the copyrighted work, (c) the URL or location of the alleged infringement, (d) a statement made under penalty of perjury that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf, and (e) your physical or electronic signature.
