1. Purpose of the Service

FieldVision AI™ ("the Service") is a software tool designed to help field professionals capture photographs, annotate findings, dictate observations via voice-to-text, and generate draft inspection reports more efficiently. The Service is intended to assist — not replace — the trained professional using it.

2. AI & Voice-to-Text Are Not Perfect — Your Due Diligence Is Required

The Service relies on artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer vision, and automated speech recognition. These technologies are known to make mistakes. They may:

Mis-transcribe spoken words, names, addresses, measurements, or numbers.
Misidentify materials, components, defects, or damage in photographs.
Generate text that sounds confident but is factually wrong ("hallucinations").
Miss findings entirely, mis-tag locations, or attach the wrong photo to the wrong note.
Produce inconsistent results across similar inputs.

You, the user, remain fully responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of every inspection and every report. Before you sign, certify, submit, deliver, or rely on any output of the Service, you must perform your own professional due diligence, including:

Physically inspecting the property in accordance with the standard of care of your profession.
Independently verifying all measurements, identifications, and conditions.
Reviewing, correcting, and approving every AI-generated description and every voice transcription word-for-word.
Confirming all photographs are correctly labeled and associated with the correct location.
Ensuring the final report meets all applicable codes, contracts, licensing requirements, and client expectations.

The Service produces a draft work product. The final report is your professional work and your responsibility.

3. Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Generate, deliver, or certify a report you have not personally reviewed and verified.
Misrepresent AI-generated content as the result of in-person observation when it was not.
Inspect, document, or report on properties you are not licensed or authorized to access.
Upload photographs or content containing other people's protected, private, or proprietary information without authorization.
Reverse-engineer, copy, resell, sublicense, or build a competing product from the Service.
Submit unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent content.
Attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

4. Data & Photographs

You represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary to capture, upload, and use the photographs, audio recordings, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

5. No Professional Advice

Outputs from the Service do not constitute engineering, legal, insurance, structural, code, or other professional advice. Reliance on any AI-generated content without your independent verification is at your sole risk.

6. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Usage Policy or the Terms & Conditions, with or without notice, and without refund.

7. Acknowledgement

By using FieldVision AI, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Usage Policy and accept full professional responsibility for every report and decision made using the Service.
